Richmond to Norfolk:

Take Interstate 64 through the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel. Take the First Military Highway Exit. Turn left onto Northampton Blvd. Turn Right on USAA Blvd. This road turns into Kempsville Road. Follow Kempsville Road until you see the church on the right-hand side.

Va. Beach to Norfolk:

Take Interstate 264 towards Norfolk. Take the Interstate 64 exit to Richmond. Take the Northampton Blvd exit and stay in the far left lane of the exit. Turn left onto Northhampton Blvd. Take a left onto USAA Blvd. This road turns into Kempsville Road. Follow Kempsville Road until you see the church on the right-hand side.
